By accessing or using Wise Auction, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or related services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account, register to bid, participate in auctions, or use transaction-related features.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current information when creating an account or using Wise Auction services. You are also responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

Wise Auction may use email, phone, WhatsApp, social login, or other verification methods to confirm account ownership and platform eligibility. We may suspend or limit access if information is inaccurate, misleading, or cannot be verified.

Wise Auction provides a digital platform for browsing vehicles, viewing auction-related information, saving items to wishlists, registering interest, participating in auctions, and accessing related support and inspection features.

Vehicle details, images, descriptions, inspection notes, and other listing content may be supplied by sellers, third parties, or internal teams. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, inspection content and listing information are provided for convenience and do not replace your own independent review.

When you place a bid or complete a registration step connected to an auction, you agree to act in good faith and with genuine intent to complete the transaction if you are the successful bidder.

Winning bidders must follow Wise Auction instructions for identity checks, payment, collection, or additional paperwork within the time communicated for the relevant auction. Wise Auction may cancel, reject, or suspend bids or registrations that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with platform rules.

Some Wise Auction services may involve fees, deposits, or payment obligations. Where applicable, those charges should be displayed before you confirm the relevant action.

You are responsible for any taxes, bank charges, transfer costs, or other obligations associated with your use of paid services. Unless we state otherwise for a specific service, fees connected to completed services, fulfilled reservations, or consumed platform benefits are non-refundable.

You agree to use Wise Auction lawfully, respectfully, and without interfering with the integrity of the platform or the experience of other users.

• Do not post false, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, abusive, or otherwise unlawful content.
• Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, or submit inaccurate account, vehicle, or payment information.
• Do not scrape the site, probe for vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, or use bots or automated tools in ways we have not authorized.
• Do not upload malware, spam, or content intended to disrupt auctions, listings, support tools, or other platform operations.
• Do not use Wise Auction to violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable law or regulation.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Wise Auction a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the platform.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to share any content you provide. All Wise Auction branding, interface elements, design assets, text, and platform materials remain the property of Wise Auction or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Wise Auction may rely on third-party services for authentication, analytics, communications, maps, payment handling, or related functionality. Your use of those services may also be subject to the third party's own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party websites, integrations, or services that are outside our control.

Wise Auction is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, continuous availability of any listing or auction, or that any vehicle, seller, buyer, or third-party statement will meet your expectations. You are responsible for your own due diligence before making financial or transactional decisions.

Wise Auction may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate accounts, listings, bids, or access to services when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the platform, users, legal compliance, or operational integrity.

These actions may be taken for suspected fraud, misuse, repeated policy violations, payment failures, security concerns, or behavior that creates risk for Wise Auction or others.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wise Auction and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold Wise Auction harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to Wise Auction will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
